Library and Computer Lab Schedules
Below are calendars for the Media Center, Seminar Room, Mobile Cart, Computer Lab 1 and Computer Lab 2. Here you can quickly see if spaces have been reserved. These calendars are updated daily. Simply click on the colored text link under a particular day to view additional details. NOTE- You may not be able to view the online calendars on some browsers or devices. Please contact Mrs. Sills if you are unable to view a calendar or have any other questions.
To sign-up and reserve a space, you may come to the circulation desk, send a request using the contact form below, call extension 5292, or email Mrs. Tignorls at bdhulme-tignor@worcesterk12.org.
Library
The library can be reserved and used as a classroom space for ~35 students. There is a laptop cart with 28 computers with Internet access. These can also print anywhere in the building. There are also 8 desktop computers. Additionally, there is a SmartBoard for instructional use. When reserving the library space, please indicate the number of students and whether you will need computer access.
Computer Labs
Both computer labs have 24 desktop computers and a SmartBoard for instruction. These rooms are intended for full class instruction with the classroom teacher. Students cannot be left unattended at any time. If you need to arrange space/computers for individual students or small groups, or would like to collaborate with the Librarian, then please reserve the Library.
Library Conference Room
The seminar room has a large table that can accommodate approximately 8 people. There is also a small dry erase board mounted to the wall.
Mobile Laptop Cart
The mobile cart can be reserved and used in any of the classrooms located inside the main building. There are approximately 25 laptop computers in the cart. All of the laptops are able to connect to the wireless internet connection within our building.
