Start Reading with Sora

SHHS & WCPS are proud to announce that students will have access to Sora starting today! Students can download ebooks and audiobooks using their Microsoft username and password. Students can also add their Worcester County Library card to access all the books available through the Maryland Digital Library. Get started using the directions below today!

Step 1

On your SCHOOL device, access the Sora website from soraapp.com. On your PERSONAL device, install the Sora app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2

In Sora, find your school, then sign in using your Microsoft username and password.

Note: If you need your sign-in information (like an ID, username, or password), see Mrs. Browne in Counseling.

Step 3

Browse the tab and borrow a book. Your book will open so you can start reading right away.

Step 4

Close the book and go to to see all your books (including assignments). From there, you can:

• Select Open book or Open audiobook to read or listen to the book.

• Select Options to renew or return the book, see your notes and highlights, and more.
